The project „Multile intelligence for social inclusion- MI4SI“, №2024-1-BG01-KA220-YOU-000249568 funded by Erasmus+ programme, was officially completed, with all planned activities fully implemented and expected results achieved.
During the implementation period, the partner organizations Standard Consulting Center, Bulgaria, Center for the Promotion of Innovation and Development, Poland and Center for Advanced Studies, North Macedonia implemented a sequential process of analysis, adaptation and implementation of an innovative career counseling model based on Howard Gardner's multiple intelligence theory. Focus groups and a social experiment were conducted with youth from marginalized communities to identify specific needs, barriers and potential for development.
The project contributed to increasing the capacity of the participating organizations to work with young people with fewer opportunities, as well as to validate an innovative approach aimed at better social and professional realization of the target groups. International workshops, training of experts, monitoring and impact assessment activities, as well as a broad information and communication campaign were carried out within the project.
As a final result, a Concept Note with a set of measures for implementation, monitoring and evaluation of good practices and innovative approaches for social inclusion was developed and presented to stakeholders during an international online webinar. The results achieved show a real potential for sustainability and multiplication of the developed model in other organizations and contexts.
The Multiple Intelligence for Social Inclusion - MI4SI project concludes with clearly articulated lessons, actionable tools and enhanced partnership collaboration aimed at improving equal access to the labour market and social integration of youth from marginalised communities.
