ABOUT OUR PROJECT

The Multiple Intelligences for Social Inclusion project brings a positive charge in line with the mission and goals of all partner organizations Standard Consulting Center-Bulgaria, Center for Advanced Studies-North Macedonia and Center for Innovation and Development Promotion-Poland. At the heart of the project idea is X's innovative multiple intelligence method. Gardner. It is based on the notion that the intelligence of every human being is a combination of 8 inherently different but complementary intelligences.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

IMPROVING EQUAL ACCESS AND REALIZATION IN THE LABOUR MARKET OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF AN INNOVATIVE METHOD FOR EFFECTIVE CAREER COUNSELLING BASED ON THE MODEL OF "MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES OF X. GARDNER".

Enhancing the capacity of partner organisations through exchange of experience and good practice practices

in the work and inclusion of young people from marginalized groups, improving their access to lifelong learning opportunities and their professional realization in the labor market.

Implementing an innovative model for career counselling for marginalised youth

in the activities of the partner organisations and adapting it to the specific features of the target groups and the practice in the respective countries (Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Poland).

Ensuring publicity, dissemination and dissemination of the benefits and effects of the implemented process innovation

for career counselling and opportunities to bridge the skills gap and address the labour market needs of marginalised youth.

TARGET GROUPS

Project implementation Multiple intelligence for social inclusion - MI4SI is addressed to the following target groups:

Direct target group:

  • young people (aged 18-30) not in employment NEETs/focus on marginalised groups from Bulgaria, Poland and North Macedonia

Indirect target group:

  • employers;
  • Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) with a focus close to the socio-economic integration of marginalised communities;
  • business representatives;
  • local community;
  • media representatives.
