Implementation of an innovative model for "Multiple Intelligences of X. Gardner"
The main objective of the work package is to enrich the practices in Bulgaria, Poland and North Macedonia through the transfer and successful adaptation of an innovative model in the field of socio-economic integration of marginalized communities, career guidance and response to the real needs of the target group of the project. "Multiple Intelligences for Social Inclusion".
Based on the research done in work package 1, the exchange of experiences and best practices, and taking into account the identified needs of the target group of this project, the experts will the most appropriate and individual approach to work with marginalized youth to increase their motivation and socio-economic integration. The transition to a more perfect state implies the adaptation and implementation in the organization of the new model, the application of new techniques and means.
Participants from the direct target group will undergo various tests, screening and other informal methods to increase their employability, easier adaptation to the labour market and improvement of soft skills based on the multiple intelligence method.
Adaptation and implementation of the innovation is necessary to be able to evaluate the effects and results of the transferred model and to assess whether it can be applied in other settings - different target groups, different organisations, and/or different regions.
The main outputs of the work package are focused on the selection of the direct target group, their participation in the social experiment for the implementation of the innovative model of multiple intelligences in the practice of the three partner organizations Standard Consulting Center, Bulgaria, Center for Advanced Studies, North Macedonia and Center for Promotion of Innovation and Development, Poland and the subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness.
The work package includes the implementation of the following activities:
Activity 1: Conduct focus groups
The aim is to analyze the specific needs of the target group and select the direct actors in the process of implementing an innovative model for multiple intelligence of X. Gardner for career counseling and integration of marginalized youth. It takes place in the three partner organizations Standard Consulting Center, Bulgaria, Center for Advanced Studies, North Macedonia and Center for Promotion of Innovation and Development, Poland.
Activity 2: Conducting a social experiment with the target groups
The main objective is to enrich the practices in the partner organizations through the transfer and successful adaptation of a model and innovative practice in the field of socio-economic integration of marginalized communities and meeting the real needs of the target group of the project. It takes place in the three partner organizations Standard Consulting Center, Bulgaria, Center for Advanced Studies, North Macedonia and Center for Innovation and Development Promotion, Poland.
Activity 3: Validation and impact assessment
The activity foresees the implementation of an expert evaluation of the social experiment to prove the working hypothesis that the study, adaptation and implementation of a successful innovative practice model of multiple intelligences in the field of socio-economic integration of marginalised communities will lead to a reduction of the number of people falling into this group. 3 experts from BG will carry out the validation evaluation and produce 1 report.
