WORKING PACKAGES
The project "Multile intelligence for social inclusion - MI4SI" consists of 3 (three) work packages:

- Analyses and studies of the method and its application possibilities;
- Implementation of an innovative model for "Multiple Intelligences of X. Gardner";
- Information and dissemination of results.
The project organization and management activities are aimed at ensuring its effective implementation and achievement of the set objectives, by ensuring constant control and coordination during its implementation.
WORKING PACKAGES
Analyses and studies of the method and its application possibilities
The work package focuses on the first specific objective of the project Enhancing the capacity of partner organisations through exchange of experience and good practices in the work and inclusion of young people from marginalized groups, improving their access to lifelong learning opportunities and their professional realization in the labor market.
Implementation of an innovative model for "Multiple Intelligences of X. Gardner"
The main objective of the work package is to enrich the practices in Bulgaria, Poland and North Macedonia through the transfer and successful adaptation of an innovative model in the field of socio-economic integration of marginalized communities, career guidance and response to the real needs of the target group of the project. Information and dissemination of results
The activities foreseen in the work package are focused on the achievement of specific objective 3 of the project. Provide publicity, dissemination and dissemination of the benefits and effects achieved from the implemented process innovation for career counseling and opportunities to bridge the skills gap and address the labor market needs of marginalized youth.
