WORKING PACKAGE
Analyses and studies of the method and its application possibilities
The planned activities will allow upgrading the competences of the experts for working with marginalized youth and their socio-economic integration, career counseling and adaptation to the constantly changing conditions of the labor market. In this regard, in order to exchange experiences, good practices and models for ensuring socio-economic integration and lifelong learning opportunities for marginalized communities, we envisage organizing and conducting working trips to Poland, North Macedonia and Bulgaria, conducting online research on European good practices, training and participation in information events.
The planned activities will allow to establish synchrony and coherence between the experts of the 3 partners, to define the appropriate methods and techniques for working with the target groups according to their specific individual requirements and to borrow the shared experience. This will ensure the quality and effectiveness of the implemented project results. At different stages of implementation the team will be able to monitor progress, take corrective actions, discuss and agree on a follow-up plan, comment on problems and measures taken to overcome them in a timely manner, apply and adapt them to the profiles of the target groups.
At the end of the project, the team will share the results of the implementation of the innovative model, the experience gained in individual work with marginalized youth to a wide range of stakeholders at local and international level, as well as in the Erasmus+ platforms.
